Stayed here over Easter weekend with our 42′ 5th wheel. Very clean park. Gravel lots. Very nice owners. No wifi, no cable, but got about 10 tv channels over our HD antenna including one CBS local station. Full hookups, everything’s practically new. Park is satellite tv friendly. There are trees but not everywhere.

We stayed here when the park was very new. It was very muddy. We did enjoy the pond and rural feel but I cannot give more than 3 stars as it was just very muddy, sticky clay, not great for our trailer.

Excellent place to stay. We were just driving through last November and pulled in for the night, and ended up staying for 10 months. The owner Dale and Glenda are nice as could be. They have become our Texas family along with some other full timers at the park. We now have a Texas home and we will definitely be back!!

​”Back on the Farm” Nice, quiet new RV park. Cows next door to RV park, made me feel like I was back in time to my childhood on the farm. Gravel roads and spacious sites. Large clean bathrooms. Large laundry room. Game room with pool table and arcade game machines. Dog park and good WiFi available. Dale and Glenda are very nice and helpful. We would stay here again.

​My family and I moved into the park 2 weeks ago and so far it has been one of the best places we have stayed. We have been full time rv’ers for 3 years now with 2 teenage girls and 3 dogs. The park was well thought out when planning it and has plenty of room in each rv spot. The laundry room has good sized bathrooms with showers, 4 total, and also a game room with snack/soda machines. The owners, Dale and Glenda, have been more than helpful to us and I have no doubts they will with everyone. It’s still a new park but I have no doubts it will be one of the best parks in this area. ​
